Are your products authentic and officially licensed?

Yes, absolutely. All products sold in our store are 100% authentic and officially licensed. We source exclusively through authorized North American distributors with established relationships with manufacturers. Every item we sell is factory sealed and comes directly through legitimate, authorized supply chains. We maintain full invoicing and sourcing documentation for all of our inventory.

Are you an authorized reseller?

Yes. We source all of our inventory through authorized wholesale distributors, which means every product in our store is genuine and legitimately sourced — not a grey market or counterfeit item. You can shop with full confidence in the authenticity of your purchase.

What condition will my item arrive in?

All items are sold as brand new and factory sealed. We personally inspect every unit for box integrity before it is dispatched.

Amazon orders: Once inventory is received by Amazon's fulfillment center, the final packaging and shipping of your order is handled by Amazon. If your item arrives with any damage caused during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Direct orders: Orders placed directly through us are packed and shipped by our team. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at contact@suachretail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

My box has a dent or crease — can I return it for this reason?

We understand that box condition is extremely important to collectors, and we take great care to ensure every item leaves us in excellent condition.

Amazon orders: Minor box imperfections that occur during Amazon's fulfillment or transit process are unfortunately outside of our direct control. If your item arrives with significant packaging damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and we will review your case individually.

Direct orders: If your item arrives with packaging damage, please email us at contact@suachretail.com within 7 days with clear photos. Because we handle packing ourselves, we take these cases very seriously and will work to find an appropriate resolution.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or removed from their original packaging, regardless of the order channel.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

Amazon orders: Shipping, tracking, and delivery are managed entirely by Amazon FBA. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout, we recommend:

  • Checking your tracking information in your Amazon account under "Your Orders"
  • Contacting Amazon Customer Service directly for the fastest resolution, as they have full visibility into your shipment status
  • Reaching out to us if Amazon is unable to resolve the issue and we will assist you in escalating the matter

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your Amazon membership, your location within Canada, and current fulfillment volumes.

Direct orders: If you placed your order directly with us and it hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at contact@suachretail.com with your order details and we will look into it immediately.

I received the wrong item — what do I do?

We sincerely apologize if you received an incorrect item.

Amazon orders: Please contact us through Amazon's messaging system with your order number and a photo of the item you received. Picking errors are rare but can occasionally occur at Amazon's fulfillment centers, and we will work with Amazon to arrange the correct item or issue an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Direct orders: Please email us at contact@suachretail.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Do you carry products other than Funko Pop! figures?

Yes! While Funko Pop! collectibles are a core part of what we carry, we also stock action figures and other toys and collectibles. We are actively expanding our catalogue, so new products and categories are added regularly. Browse our Products page to see our full listing, including items that may not yet be listed on Amazon.

Can I order directly from you instead of through Amazon?

Yes, for select products — particularly exclusive or limited items — you can order directly through us. Browse our Products page and use the order links on individual product pages to reach out.

Do you price match?

We do not offer price matching. Our prices reflect the fair market value of authentic, brand new, factory sealed products sourced through authorized distributors. We are committed to offering competitive and honest pricing at all times. If you find a significantly lower price elsewhere, we encourage you to verify the authenticity and sourcing of that product, as counterfeit and grey market items are unfortunately common in the collectibles marketplace.

Will you be restocking a sold-out item?

We do our best to maintain consistent inventory levels. However, restock availability depends on supply from our distributors and the nature of the product. Exclusive and Limited Edition figures in particular may not be restocked once sold out due to their limited production runs. We recommend purchasing sooner rather than later on any exclusive or limited item. Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time, we ship within Canada only. We do not fulfill international orders, including orders to the United States. We hope to expand our shipping reach in the future.
